درباره مرکز بین المللی داوری های انرژی چه میدانید ؟
این سازمان یک جوینت ونچر است که به صورت رسمی در سال 2013 بین مرکزانرژی حقوق مواد معدنی و سیاست نفت واقع در دانشگاه دندی و مرکز داوری اسکاتلند تشکیل شد.
مرکز انرژی ،حقوق نفت وسیاست مواد معدنی یک دانشکده تحصیلات تکمیلی بین المللی مشهور در زمینه معاملات تجارت بین الملل و منابع طبیعی و حقوق و سیاست انرژی است.
مرکز داوری اسکاتلند یک مرکز داوری داخلی و بین المللی در اسکاتلند است. این مرکز در سال 2011 جهت اجرای قانون جدید 2010 داوری اسکاتلند تشکیل شد.اعضای آن از افراد عضو جامعه حقوقی اسکاتلند،گروه وکلا،داوران خبره موسسه،نقشه برداران خبره مسسه سلطنتی و وزیران اسکاتلندی است. این موسسه به صورت رسمی از اکتبر 2013 با بخش انرژِی و بخشهای مربوطه دیگر مشورت کرده تا این روند حل و فصل اختلافات را تاسیس کند.همچنین این موسسه پرسشنامه هایی را جهت تکمیل تحقیقات خود طراحی کرده که از طریق ایمیل موسسه میتواند در پر کردن و تحقیق مشارکت نمود.

The International Centre for Energy Arbitration is a joint venture between the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee and the Scottish Arbitration Centre

ICEA has now produced its Initial Report on Dispute Resolution in the Energy Sector, which examines trends and preferences and set out proposals for a draft dispute resolution scheme
